At BeeYouNick Fashion, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help with a smooth return and exchange process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items such as innerwear, accessories, and clearance sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Return & Exchange Process
- Email us at Help@beeyounick.com or call/WhatsApp at +91 7749900443 with your order details.
- Our team will guide you through the return request.
- Once approved, ship the product back to our return address (details will be shared via email/WhatsApp).
- After inspection, your exchange/refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Damaged / Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but can be returned as per our return policy.
