04.PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, images, colours, pricing, and availability displayed on our Website are accurate. However:

• Slight variations in colour may occur due to monitor settings and photography.
• Print placement, stitching, fabric texture, and sizing may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process.
• Product dimensions may vary within standard industry tolerances (±1 inch).

These variations do not constitute defects. BYN reserves the right to modify product specifications, discontinue products, or update information without prior notice.

05.MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Most BYN products are manufactured on a made-to-order basis. Production begins after your order has been confirmed. Because each garment is produced specifically for you:

• Production timelines may vary (typically 5–8 business days).
• Orders cannot generally be cancelled once production has commenced.
• Returns are accepted only in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

06.PRICING

All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated during checkout. BYN reserves the right to correct pricing errors, modify prices, change promotional pricing, or withdraw offers without prior notice.

07.PAYMENT

We accept payment through secure third-party payment gateways (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery where available). Payment must be successfully received before production begins. BYN does not store your complete card details or payment credentials.

08 & 09.SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping timelines are governed by our Shipping Policy (standard production 5–8 business days; estimated delivery 8–12 business days). Delivery is considered complete once the shipment has been delivered to the address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate address details.

10 & 11.RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

BYN maintains a strict quality-first policy. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, incorrectly shipped, or materially different from what was ordered. Returns due to incorrect size selection or change of mind are not accepted. Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days.

12.ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins. Once production or shipping has commenced, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. BYN reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues, or payment verification failures.

15 & 16.USER CONDUCT & USER-GENERATED CONTENT

By using our Website, you agree not to violate applicable laws, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information. When voluntarily submitting reviews, photos, or testimonials, you grant BYN a royalty-free license to use and display such content for marketing purposes.

17 & 18.PROMOTIONAL OFFERS & WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

Discount codes, coupons, and VIP loyalty rewards cannot be combined unless otherwise stated, are non-transferable, and have no cash value. We aim to maintain uninterrupted access, but temporary downtime may occur for maintenance or technical upgrades.

19 & 20.DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Website and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BYN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant product.

21, 22 & 23.FORCE MAJEURE, GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

BYN shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, transportation disruptions, government actions). These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
