Senior Apparel & Silhouette Designer
Lead design development of signature oversized streetwear silhouettes, custom 240+ GSM French Terry hoodies, 3D puff typography, and capsule tech packs.
// KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design signature streetwear cuts, boxy oversized tees, drop-shoulder silhouettes, and outerwear.
- Develop precise tech packs, fabric specs, shrink tests, and measurement grade rules for production.
- Create high-density screen print, 3D puff, and embroidery artwork aligned with brand drops.
- Collaborate directly with Kolkata mill masters to innovate on custom fabric weights and garment washes.

- 2+ years experience in streetwear or high-end apparel design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLO 3D / tech pack preparation.
- Deep appreciation for Indian street culture, global silhouettes, and fabric craftsmanship.
Short-Form Video Creator & Reels Editor
Direct, shoot, and edit raw, cinematic vertical video content for Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts capturing drop launches, founder stories, and street style.
E-Commerce & Supply Chain Specialist
Drive our made-to-order manufacturing pipelines, quality control verification, carrier dispatch integration, and customer order fulfillment.
Streetwear Model & Creative Ambassador
Represent BeeYouNick in our seasonal drop campaigns, studio lookbooks, and creator showcases. We celebrate all authentic styles, body types, and expressions.
Performance Marketing & Community Lead
Scale profitable acquisition across Meta and Google ads, manage VIP drop waitlists, and nurture our collector WhatsApp & email community.

We operate from our Kolkata headquarters and production hub. Select content creation, marketing, and graphic design roles also offer flexible remote arrangements.
Can college students or self-taught creators apply?
Yes, absolutely. Taste, hunger, and proof of work matter far more to us than formal degrees. If your design portfolio or video edits are exceptional, we want to hear from you.
What is the typical hiring turnaround?
Our founders review applications continuously. Shortlisted candidates are invited for an informal creative alignment video call within 48 to 72 hours, followed by a paid trial task or in-person studio visit.
